Products bought from HANDI vendors ship anywhere in Nigeria. Choose how you want your order delivered at checkout, then track it from your dashboard until it arrives.
Your delivery options
Home delivery
Your order is delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Best when you need the item to arrive without a trip out, and the default for most orders.
Pickup station
Collect from a nearby partner station at your convenience. Usually cheaper than home delivery, and useful if you're not around during the day to receive a parcel.
How shipping fees and timelines are set
Each vendor sets their own delivery zones, fees, and estimated delivery times based on where they ship from. That means the exact cost and timeline depend on the vendor and your destination — both are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprise charges afterwards.
Orders containing items from more than one vendor may arrive separately, since each vendor dispatches their own items.

Order placed, awaiting vendor confirmation.

Your item is being packed for dispatch.

Shipped
On the way — a tracking number is added where available.

Delivered
Received. Your return window starts from this date.
You can follow these stages live under "My Orders" in your dashboard, and you'll be notified as each one changes.
Your payment is protected until delivery
Payment is held in escrow rather than being handed to the vendor at checkout. If an order never arrives, or turns up damaged, you can open a dispute and the escrowed funds are frozen while we resolve it.
