HANDI shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on HANDI's platform, even if HANDI has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

HANDI may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
